Nathalie's Sunset cake

Amazing! Full of antioxydants

Ingredients

 

  • 3 cups white flour
  • 0.5 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 2 eggwhites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup vegetale oil
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup carrot juice
  • 1/2 cup beetroot juice
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • A little lemon zest

 

Beat eggwhites till creamy. Mix eggyolks with sugar and add progressively oil than juices. Mix well, and finally add flour and baking powder and eggwhites.

Bake in a preheated oven for 30-45minutes at around 250 °C.
